Their response time is excellent - we have never experienced any undue down time and with their lately introduced "remote" system for diagnostic testing and repairing of individual workstations, the fault is remedied instantly in 99% of cases. The engineers are friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and most accommodating - almost part of our team. Our network system and database, the engine room of our organisation, were upgraded by CRM, and the whole package is fast, reliable and flexible.
