Call-Out Service
At CRM we can talk to you about your IT equipment and business needs and assess the number of hours of IT support you are likely to need during the next 12 months. We charge by the hour for our Call-Out Service but offer packages at a reduced rate.
Flexible On-Site support
These flexible packages enable you to use your agreed hours as and when you choose. We can even include other services in the bundle, such as network administrative tasks. If you use more or less hours than originally agreed, we are flexible about that as well. In fact the only thing we ask of our customers is to have regular meetings so we can discuss their changing IT needs and make sure they are happy with our services.
