Since February 2001 CRM* has been at the forefront of laptop repairs in Europe. We have repaired in that time around 200,000 laptops with an excellent level of quality and speed. Our goal is always the same. We aim to give the customer an excellent service, first time, every time.
Our engineers are experienced in all aspects of the repair process, from pre diagnosis to a full quality test before shipping the laptop back to a satisfied customer.

Due to our extensive database we can provide you with an up to date status of your product. Some companies offer to diagnose your product within 3 days of arrival. We at CRM endeavour to diagnose and inform you within 24 hrs of arrival.
