We charge by the hour with a minimum of 1 hour. If you let us know what computer equipment you have, we can assess the amount of hours that you will probably need over the next twelve months. This will enable us to offer you a package of hours at a reduced rate.
These hours can be used as and when you like, but we would prefer to have regular meetings with you to discuss the future development of your computers and networks, advise you about any modifications, upgrades or replacements that our engineers deem necessary or inevitable.
You can also incorporate your network administrative tasks into the bundle. These can be taken care of by our helpdesk staff by logging on to your computers remotely
You can plan weekly or monthly visits to suit your own needs. If you use more hours in a month than you originally agreed, there's no problem with that, we just invoice you at the reduced rate.
The reason we don't take hours from next months quota, is so that we don't dwindle down the hours left at the end of the year which defeats the object of planning. If you have hours left over at the end of the year, you can carry them over and reduce the number of hours that you commit to for the following year.
